Who I Am...
As a C-Suite advisor, I guide emerging growth company leaders who want to develop and introduce solutions and strategies, opening new markets or providing upsell opportunities for their current client base.
What I Do...
My focus and expertise reside in two areas; building product roadmaps and aligning the right team members to ensure a successful launch and follow-through. I break down customer pain points using an iterative process to see how a new solution can address that pain cost effectively. I use a collaborative whiteboard approach that starts with multiple options and drills down to the most crucial feature sets for differentiation.

I step in when a company has received their Series A round and wants to expand their market footprint, or I take on a fractional role with a more established company ($25M+) that has hit a wall in their market expansion and needs guidance to reset their product or solution development to align with new or existing markets. I love model railroading, and I find that the design and execution of a layout mimic how I put that thinking into action to create and implement a finished solution.

My approach to sustainability and ESG. In a word, it needs a refresh. My mantra is "Start Small, Think Big.". Building and implementing a sustainability roadmap works when it fits your company's profile, industry, and goals. This ensures that profits are maximized while reinvesting in our planet's resiliency and our society's long-term health and well-being.
